The 2025 JA Company of the Year Competition organized by JA Asia Pacific took place from March 10–14, 2025, in Tokyo, Japan, and hosted by JA Japan. The 15th edition of this prestigious annual event was supported by the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (PMIEF) and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY).

This dynamic in-person competition brought together talented young entrepreneurs from 12 markets across the Asia Pacific region, including China, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. This edition of the JA COY Competition was graced by the presence of JA Worldwide President and CEO, Asheesh Advani, Chief Finance Officer, Adnan Bokhari and Chief Marketing Officer, Tere Stouffer. A total of 25 judges who are industry experts assessed the four different stages of the competition: the Company Report; a Business Presentation; Panel Interview; and a Trade Fair.​​​​
